- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product, including any shipping labels if applicable.

- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a replacement through the return process. Follow the same steps outlined above and choose ‘Replacement’ as your preferred resolution.
- Processing Time: Replacements are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, you’ll need to provide bank details for the refund.
